Home Warranty Inspections: An 11-Month Inspections on New Homes can notify you of things that the Builder should repair before your 1 year Warranty expires. Radon Inspections: Northern York County SC falls into the EPA's Level 2 / Moderate Zone; having average indoor Radon levels of 2 - 4 piC/L.  At 4 piC/L, the EPA recommends steps be taken to reduce indoor Radon Levels for the health and safety of your family.  Visit our Radon Page.
