We are a Professional Home Inspection company, operating from Tega Cay/Fort Mill, South Carolina.  We have more than 27 Years Experience building, repairing and inspecting homes -- so we know exactly what we're looking at when we Inspect.

DARYL  has lived in Tega Cay since 1986, and has a reputation for service here -as a Home Builder, Home Improvement Specialist and Home Inspector that spans more than 20 years. 

People throughout York and Mecklenburg Counties know Daryl for different reasons -- as a Builder, Contractor and Inspector, he developed an impeccable professional relationship with homeowners, realtors and suppliers.  As a coach of Youth Sports for 15 years, Daryl has gotten to know local families and watch their children grow.  

As Captain of the Tega Cay Fire Department, where he has twice been awarded FireFighter of the Year, Daryl continues to prove his commitment to serving others.

KELLY  With years of experience as a Business Owner and Consultant,  Kelly has developed the skills to keep the business organized, on schedule and compliant. She assists with scheduling and assures that the finished  Inspection Report customers receive is professional, accurate and easy to read. 

JOEY  Raised in Tega Cay, Joey enjoyed a long reputation as a top SC athelete. He helped the Fort Mill Baseball Team to win a State Championship, and went on to play baseball at Spartenburg Methodist.  He has worked in the Building and Construction trade for 10 years, and is continuing his education in Radon, Indoor Air Quality and related fields.
